i have someone coming for Christmas lunch who is allergic to onions and garlic. i want to make sure that she can eat everything, but i'm struggling to find stock that doesn't have onions or garlic.

anyone know of one?

i don't have time to make one without!

Knorr Chicken Simply Stock (pouches) - says carrot, leek and celeriac and herbs and spices, so should be ok.

thank you.

unfortunately she's also allergic to leek! any allium basically.

i suspect there isn't anything out there...

Dammit! I was feeling all pleased with myself then!

Don't you have any time before Christmas to make some stock and then freeze it until you need it?
I think you'll be hard pushed to find a pre-made version without any kind of allium in it.

have you got a slow cooker? You could just set it to do it while you're at work or whatever.
