Help required from anyone who has made their own flavoured booze!!!

In Sept I made a batch of plum gin, plum vodka and plum brandy and they are all lovely. So lovely, infact, that anyone who has tried them has really liked them. So I said I would give out some bottles of them for Christmas... can you guess what's coming next?

Put it this way, there isn't as much left as I would have liked and I was wondering if I can water it down with more gin/ vodka etc to make it go further? I have no idea if it will taste nasty or not?

Has anyone done this?

Also, any ideas on what I can do with the leftover boozy fruit would be a great help?

I wouldn't add anymore gin/vodka, it will spoil what is obviously a lovely drink. Give bubble bath and drink the rest yourself! hic

I once tried using the sloes after making sloe gin. They were disgusting. Sloes are not very nice anyway, and gin is the only way to really use them (although I think Jam may be a possible other option). Having steeped them in Gin for so long, all the flavour had gone out of them (into the gin). They just tasted like (alcoholic) cardboard.
