I've got friends coming round tonight.
My work plans have changed and I've got to work for a tea time meeting 5 -7. Friends coming about 7. No worries there they no what's happened.
Any way I've got time to do some prep and shopping.
Need low carb veggie menu that is very quick to do and can be partly prepared.
