Can I freeze uncooked pizza dough?

Does anybody know? Made pizza with DS today (my god, the mess!) but only used half the dough. The rest is in the fridge. Can I put it in the freezer? When it defrosts, does it need to rise again?

I think freezing it kills the yeast. I've tried it before, but never successfully.

problem solved, had pizza for tea!
