Excess Christmas pudding - can I use to make mince pies?

I have made far too much Christmas pudding (have already got a 3 pint one on the go!) and was wondering whether I can use the leftover mixture for mince pies?

The recipe I used is just sultanas/raisins/currants/orange & lemon peel/sugar/eggs and lots of booze so no flour to worry about.

you could put it inside puff pastry and make some christmassy puffs, but christmas muffins sounds nice

i have a nigella recipie for xmas pud truffles which is basically choc, booze, xmas pud and golden syrup. i can dig out the recipe if you want.

you would have to cook the pudding first tho
