Roast beef leftovers... any ideas?

I cooked beef last night and DP and DD both had some today at lunchtime in sarnies.

Any suggestions of something I can do that isn't serving it with veg n potatoes again and might make it seem like a different meal!

TIA

Beef stroganoff? With sour cream and onions.

Shephards pie?

Cottage pie with a nice cheesey potato topping? Comfort food, perfect for a cold night such as this.

Sometimes we make kind of kebabs - just heat up strips of roast beef with some onions and peppers - put into a pitta - add salad on top - then some lemon juice and sometimes some yoghurt with mint too - is not unhealthy and is nice change!

That sounds nice iggypiggy, I have some pittas and wholegrain rice.

I have only ever made shepherds/cottage pie with minced beef, would I just cut it in to strips?
