I'm making these cute little mice - ingredients are 2 egg whites, icing sugar, peppermint extract and I was thinking of giving some as xmas gifts packaged up. How long do you think they can keep for, with those ingredients? The recipe I saw just said "store in a very cool place" and nothing more. I'm wondering if I can make millions today and how soon after xmas they have to be eaten? Thank you!
