I live in Leicester so am used to eating very good veggie samosas - you know the kind - really crisp 'pastry' and moreish filling. I've been making my own for a few years but ther pastry always ends up a bit soggy.
Does anyone have an authentic recipe for the pastry or the whole thing? Have access to genuine ingredients as loads of good shops here.
