DH and I have just scoffed Delia's Braised Venison with chestnuts and wild mushrooms in Madeira sauce and I must say it is luvverly. Easy to make - I did mine in the slow cooker. It freezes as well. Would be nice for a dinner party and no last minute hassle. The recipe is in the new Chrissy book but also on her website. Enjoy!
