If I make a beef stew in the slow cooker tomorrow night using beef that must be used by tomorrow, will it keep in the fridge from Sat AM when it's finished cooking for lunch on Sunday?

I won't poison everyone, will I?

I have done this, on numerous occasions and have never poisoned anyone.

If it were chicken or pork, it would be different, but beef tends to be fine. Mega-expensive beef is hung for 21 days in a cold room (big fridge), so if your beef is this old, or younger, I would say No Worries.

yep, I would say fine too. If you are really worried, freeze it then reheat.
