Christmas Dinner Starter

What do you think about this as a starter on Christmas Day Smoked Salmon Parcels.

I was thinking one each with rocket leaves and dressing on the side.

I need something I can take with me to the MILs on the day, which won't take much putting together - the kitchen will be frantic and there won't be much free counter space.

They sound lovely but i personally would love it served with a little brown soda bread and a slice of lemon. And maybe a few cherry tom's with the rocket? I know the dinner will be massive but i think the colours would look really well together... Hth
