What to do with lots of bananas?

Title say it all really! Got lots of bananas and I'd like some ideas as to what to do with them.

banana bread, muffins, fritters, smoothies for starters...

banana chutney/pickle, banoffee pie,

feed some monkeys?

You can also put it in curry (the banana rather than the monkey)

Think the monkeys might quite like it actually, that reminds me of this video of animals drunk after eating over ripe fruit from the Marula tree.

Freeze them.....apparently frozen banana tastes like white chocolate.
