I think it was a Waitrose recipe from a couple of Christmasses ago.
The recipe was for cupcakes or muffins with mincemeat in them and
topped with white icing and a glace cherry. They were so easy to
make but I have lost the card and just can't remember if they were
more muffin or cupcakes.
Does this ring any bells? We have the class party this week and
want to go with 'old faithful' recipes!
