So - what's everyone having? I have too many people to cook for and not enough ideas. preliminary plans are looking like this:

Christmas Eve (3 adults, 2 kids)-
starter - undecided
main - traditional Christmas dinner (we're a bit weird and do it christmas eve)
pudd - probably chestnut meringues

Christmas Day (3 adults, 2 kids)
breakfast - eggs benedicte
lunch - roast onions with camembert, hazlenuts and maderia, followed by cold meat, cheese etc, followed by sticky prune and date cake

Boxing day (4 adults, 2 kids, for 2 meals)
no idea

27th (11 adults, 6 kids)
venison daube
sticky toffee pudding and ice cream.

28th
fish fingers. if they're lucky.

on 27th, would take all your left overs, chop em up, cover in sauce, add pastry and make a big pie. Then put out cheese & biscuits and your fruit bowl. Enjoy! You seem to be quite well organised already!
