Baked ricotta dessert?

Can anyone recommend a recipe? I have ricotta and mascapone that need using up and I don't want to make the usual things I make with them and so was wondering if a baked ricotta dessert thing would be nice. I've googled and found some recipes but none of them really appeal. Any ideas?

TIA.

Make a baked cheesecake - put breadcrumbs on the base of the greased tin, then mix the cheeses with egg yolks, vanilla, lemon rind and sugar and a tablespoon of flour, whisk the whites and fold in, add some raisins, pour into tin and bake gently till just firm.

It will rise then sink again.

If you want exact quantities, Ill have to go and look it up. I usually guess.

These suggestions sounded very nice but when I opened the ricotta I found it had gone mouldy.... Ah well, next time!
