need a peanut butter satay style sauce

got the pork kebabs for tonights supper just need the sauce?

I just use peanut butter, boiling water and soy sauce.

peanut butter
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 '' of soy sauce
1 '' of sugar
1 teasp fish paste

I simmer a tinful of coconut milk and add a couple spoonfuls of peanut butter and some generous splashes of soy sauce.

I do what hassled does but add some freshly chopped chilli in. Just a bit.

oh I like the idea of adding cocnut milk, should make it go further.
