brie and cranberry 'parcels'

We have some friends coming over for Sunday lunch. I'm thinking about doing a brie and cranberry puff pastry thingy but want to make it a bit special.

There are lots of recipes on the web but I was interested to see if anyone had their own - tried and tested - recipe! I've seen one with hazelnuts added, and also one with spinach and mushroom added but I'm not sure about this combination.

Also, what would you serve with this? We love proper roast potatoes but I'm thinking this might be a bit dry with the pastry dish. Perhaps potatoes dauphinoise type of thing???? (Veggie) gravy won't go either so what else can I do to stop the meal being too dry?

Thanks!!!

Thanks, I thought they might be a bit much. Will try making some another time - my guests cancelled on me due to illness - perhaps the ones with spinach and mushroom, yum!
