Tasty stuffing that can be made in advance and frozen

Does anyone have any foolproof stuffing recipes I can make to eat on Christmas day, but make it in advance and freeze?

I haven't made stuffing from scratch before , so would appreciate any help or advice.

There were several in Dec Good Food Magazine have a look at the web site for some great recipes www.bbcgoodfood.com there is a brilliant recipe finder and they rank the recipes from easy to hard for the confident cook. Subscription to this mag has changed my life in the kitchen! But web site just as good

i'm trying to get ahead of myself with making braised cabbage and stuffing. then it feels like i've done something

ps is there any reason why stuffing can't be cooked, frozen and then reheated on xmas day? i guess if i include the meat fresh, it should be ok as it's only frozen once.
