What to serve with this?

Tomorrow I'm roasting a pork belly with apples,onions and cider, for dinner but I'm not sure what to serve with it.Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Rice or mashed potatoes to soak up the lovely juice and something like caramelised carrots or buttered broccoli

Thankyou all for the suggestions. They all sound delicious. I may have pickled cabbage, carrots and broccoli with it.
Just need to decide between mashed and roasted potatoes now.

Rosemary roasted baby new potatoes. Just chuck some baby new potatoes in an ovenproof dish wth some olive oil, salt, pepper & a spronkling of dried rosemary & bake them through. Delicious!

Note: A spronkling is slightly more than a sprinkling
