Easy Xmas starters

Please give me your top starters which would work well on xmas day prefer if they were easily put together. Thanks

Pear slices with walnuts and gorgonzola is nice.

Prawns go beautifully with grapefruit (mad but true)

Or if you want to go naff and retro, tinned grapfruit with sherry mixed in with the juice is fabuloso
