I am always struggling to find healthy things to cook for the family each day. I am a big fan of Delia, but often find some cookbooks quite confusing. I am honestly a very poor cook, but am learning :D
Anyone tried www.eatthechef.com? I found them on Twitter and have cooked a few of the recipes on there (I tried MrsJ's chicken and parma ham dish last night which went down a treat). I personally find it much easier to cook from a video, than from a cookbook.
Although, I am actually thinking of cooking a dish and filming it to send in to Eat The Chef, to get Simon Rimmer's cookbook for free!!! :D Any suggestions as to what I should cook for it?
