Does anybody have a recipe for Lemon Posset

hope it works - I haven't made it myself but had it in the pub the link is from and it was just as yummy as you would expect from something that is basically all double cream.

i wish it was called another name. 'Posset' just makes me think of baby sick, and I could never order it on a menu just because of the name.

I also had to click on this to check WTF Lemon Posset is as I can't get past the idea of a muslin cloth full of baby puke.

Yes, but having no actual experience of bumsex, iyswim, I don't get any mental image when reading about it.

On the other hand, I have more experience of possetting children than I care to remember, so reading about it kind of brings it all back.....
