Buttermilk - suggestions please on what to do with it

I've got 284ml of buttermilk and was wondering what people thought I should do with it. TIA

I make these every week. Frozen blueberries are tastiest and cheapest. If you get hooked sainburys do 3 packs of frozen ones for a £5.
