Money being tight this year, I'm planning on making some friends some nice chocolatey sweetie type things and wrapping them up nicely for xmas presents. Anyone have any good recipes? Or even biscuity type things? They just have to be easy to make but taste fab and more importantly look amazing!

I´ve made this Nigella recipe and it´s delicious. Never enough left to give away I´m afraid.

Oh my god that looks lush! Will have to make double! Thanks hupa! Anyone got others too? Would like to make them a 'medley'!

its quite easy to make truffles. They are just melted choc and heated cream. You then leave mix them and leave it to cool, roll into balls. Then dip/coat as you please. Or freeze until you are ready to give them away, then dip/coat and put into little sweetie cases. There loads of different recipes if you google them; just beware if you use green and blacks, it doesn't set properly! Nice to use a flavoured choc (like cherry) and a dash of brandy in the mix.
