Vegetarian Xmas dinner ideas please!

I need help, what should I could for my SIL, niece and nephew for Xmas dinner?

Can't be anything with nuts (so no nut roast please!) as niece has a nut allergy and preferably something easy(ish) or can be made in advance.

Lizzylou - goats cheese fine if baked, I'm pregnant just now as well but that's what I am having for Xmas dinner.

M&S do a good range of cheat veggie stuffings too

I made a lovely butternut squash dish for my vegetarian friend. Stuffed it with a cous cous mixture - mushrooms, cranberries and goats cheese, tho you could put anything you like in it. It looked great and tasted really good.
