Can you freeze cooked cabbage?

I know it is an odd question, but I cooked far too much cabbage today, and we are not in to eat it as leftovers in bubble and squeak this week. Can I freeze it for later use?

I'm not sure sorry but I know you can make bubble and squeak and freeze that.

I freeze braised red cabbage and it's fine, not sure about green cabbage.....sorry, no real help.

I've frozen it before and it was fine.
