how do you make it?

4tbsp mayo
1tbsp ketchup
splash lemon juice
pinch of cayenne or paprika
salt/pepper

It's Mayo, Ketchup, Tabasco and lemon juice

try googling marie rose sauce

5tbsp mayo/salad cream (it's a bit bland if you use all mayo and a bit sharp if you use all salad cream, so a mix is best imo. I've also successfully used fromage frais instead of the mayo component, so with a bit of salad cream mixed in)
1tbsp ketchup
1tsp lemon juice
1tsp worcestershire sauce
pepper
