anyone make home made ice cream?

i found a recipe for banana ice lollies,

( 3 bananas and 1/2 a pint of milk, blended and put into lolly holders then frezze)

anyway i was woundering if i used 9 bananas/1.5 pt of milk and put it in an ice cream tub and then in the frezzer would it frezze alright or would i have to keep mixing it?

anyone tips would be usefull.

and has anyone got anyother reciped for home made ice cream/lollies..

When making ice cream, you should stir the mixture ever hour until it starts to set as it helps to ensure the ice cream is smooth and breaks down any ice crystals that form.
It sound delicious.. let us know if it works!

ok, i have finally got round to making ice cream.

6 bananas a dozen or so strawberries and milk,
have only just put it in frezzer so watch this space......
