Syringe to inject Chicken....

I need a syringe to inject chicken skin with tarragon butter. I have been using a syringe like the ones they give you for babies when they prescribe medicine for them, but it's worked out less than great.

Any ideas where I can get one from?

The injection idea is nice, but I suspect that it is doomed - surely the tarragon, or any herb, will just clog up the syringe?
If I want any kind of butter under the chicken skin, I just sort of pull the skin away from the breast meat, squish the butter under it and then put the skin back in place. Once the skin is back on, I sort of smush it around to get a nice even layer of herby butter.
