Expert chutney makers - help please

I've just made a batch of Nigella's christmas chutney...looks and smells fab. The jars are warm and sterile, as per the recipe and she says that once the chutney is done, spoon it into the warm jars, seal and store for at least a month. My question is will the condensation that has formed on the inside of the lid marr the chutney in any way?

Thanks chuckeyegg, that's answered my question. Looks like my chutney will be fine......roll on Xmas, I can't wait to eat it.
