meal planner, please

I am yet again attempting to become less lazy more organized and plan the families meals for the week but am in dire need of some help.
I am hoping one of you lovely MNers will send me a meal planner. my e-mail address is evylspirit[at]googlemail[dot]com

I use a piece of paper and a pen

I am old-school like reikizen I plan my meals around what meat I have in the freezer which is whatever has been on sale the previous week. Then my shopping list is whatever veg I need to make up meals, plus another load of meat for the next week.

reikizen- now thats a plan, I guess it time to give up my ink well and quill then [grins]
sweet at the time of my posting I had 3 fishfingers and half a pack of pastry in the freezer - I don't think thats enough to plan a meal around.
