How long will it keep once made, would I have to keep it in the fridge?

No good at links but the Nigella recipe from her Christmas book is fab and dead easy. Have a look on www.nigella.com as I'm sure its there. I made some a couple of weeks ago and apparently it will keep in the fridge for ages. I think I'll have to make more though as I seem to be having it with everything at the mo
