Tiffin recipes please....

here I leave the walnuts out and add a few more glace cherries.

Yum....been wanting this receipe for weeks!

My recipe is

Melt a load of milk chocolate
Mix with crushed digestive biscuits
A tin of condensed milk
raisins, glace cherries, chopped dried apricots or whatever else takes your fancy

mix all togehter and add sufficient crushed biscuits to make the consistency you prefer

put the whole lot into a dish and put that into the fridge for a few hours as long as you can bear!

As you can see my recipe isnt very specific - but it is yummy and terribly moreish

I made this: Rocky Road Crunch Bars the other day and it was amazing.

I used a third milk chocolate to make it less dark and added a bag of dried cranberries because I had them. Really, really good and pretty much just tiffin with marshmallows added.
