Anyone made jam tarts with honey before?

We've just ran out of jam halfway through but we do have honey.

well you can make treacle tart with syrup so why not? Experiment!

Well I've already put them in the oven but only at 180 degrees (that link said 220) cos the tarts are only about 1/4cm thick. Will tell you when they're done DS isn't impressed that he had to wait a whole 15 minutes whilst the pastry went in the fridge followed by a whole 10 minutes that you have to wait to cook them!! He's a bit impatient is my son.

Aww hope he waits until they cool I people have been known to burn their tongues if they're impatient
