Mississippi mud pie recipe - anyone have a good one please?

DP's birthday next week. One of his favourite puddings is MMP so I thought I'd try to make one. Have a Linda McCartney recipe but it doesn't look that great tbh. Failing that, does anyone know where I could buy a good one from? I know these were very popular in the 90s but seem to be a bit out of date now.

Or, does anyone know what it consists of? Have found several now, but I think the one DP likes has a coffee mousse in it? {wanders off wondering if she can cobble something together....}

Looks good - maybe I can make coffee cream instead of the chocolate on the top! maybe I should make a practice one tonight, although obviously I'd have to eat it all to make sure it was ok
