What is "Easy Blend Yeast"?

I want to make a Nigella recipe which says to use "Easy Blend Yeast".

Does this mean fast-action yeast or dried active yeast?

fast action - the stuff you mix with flour.

Fab! Thanks for that. I only have fast-action in the house at the moment, but it doesn't describe itself as "easy blend" anywhere on the packet.
