What can I do with a chicken breast?

I've got a skinless chicken breast for dd's tea, and I'm completely out of inspiration for what to do with it. I'd usually wrap it in foil with some veggies - any other suggestions?

bit late but if you steam the chicken until its almost cooked then slice it open lengthways and stuff in garlicky cream cheese (such as boursin, cooked mushroom and cooked bacon before popping it in the oven til everything melts its v v yummy
