Fruit punch for children

This probably sounds a bit daft but I'm not quite sure how to make a nice children's fruit punch. Any recipes please? I'd like to make it really nice.

Last time dc had friends round I put some orange juice in a jug, mixed it with pomegranite juice and added soda water and lots of ice and some chopped up orange and the dc thought it was wonderful.
