Covent Garden Soups overrated

Every couple of years or so I decide to try a Covent Garden soup. The descriptions on the carton sound so yummy. But every single time I find they're such a disappointment.

Maybe I'm just fussy...

no, you're right. They are absolutely vile. I think they are over peppered imo.

Someone in the office last week had one and came in and said NEVER buy one again!

i agree, they're either too sweet or too salty for my taste.

I love them. Tomato and basil is lovely.

Quite a few people at work buy them as well.

But then I always put a lot of pepper in my food.

I buy one every now and again hoping they will be as yummy as the advertising implies but they never are, so I've given up.

Agree, they do not live up to the hype. I had a mushroom one the other day and it was absolutely horrid
