Chicken lemony casserole dish for 20!

I need a receipe as I'm not good at making this stuff up!

A casserole recipe that I can double / quadruple as its for a large number. Needs to be really simple. Am serving with cous cous. Need to try to avoid beans (other dish will have those in) and I don't want a tomato based thing.

If you are going to do couscous, why not make a Tagine dish - would go well together.
