Neck of lamb - recipe ideas required

I am slowly going through and defrosting the contents of my freezer as I am moving in 4 weeks time. I have defrosted some neck of lamb, cannot remember why I bought it and have no idea what I can do with it for dinner tonight! Any ideas?

Sounds good . I like to cook lamb with tomato, peppers and loads of paprika, serve with sour cream if you have any. And we're getting into the weather for dumplings...
