Was going to make a beef bourginoun tomorrow to reheat on Sunday for lunch. ( 25 coming yikes!)..Would have loved to make it today as i have more time but am I a day too early? Would then have 3 overnight in fridge...might go a bit dodgy? I know I could always freeze it tonight then take out Sat night??
Any thoughts oh wonderful mumsnetters??? TIA

i often leave curries, stews and the like in the fridge for 3 or more days and they always seem to be fine if the meat was fresh in the first place (no one's been poisoned yet!)

but given the numbers you're cooking for I would put it in the freezer if you've got room, it's probably not worth taking the risk.
