Quick lasagne help please!

Have got bolognese sauce in fridge from last night, want to make a lasagne for supper. If I make the bechamel sauce now, while baby's asleep - should I assemble the whole thing now too, or just put the sauce in the fridge and assemble at last minute?

And whichever way I do it, how long will I need to cook it when it's been in the fridge?

Thanks!

I pre prepare mine and then chuck in the oven for about 30 mins to heat and brown off.

You can make it up now. I usually cook mine for 20 to 30 minutes.

Make it up now if you have time, as otherwise your bechamel might go a bit "stiff" in the fridge. Not a huge problem though if you don't have time, you can just sort of spread the bechamel on rather than pour IYSWIM?

Presuming the lasagne sheets aren't pre-cook ones, I'd give about half an hour. (the packet should tell you though, nothing worse than undercooked or overcooked!)

Enjoy!
