Need a pressie for my sis for Christmas, she uses the weight watchers cook book a lot so was wondering what another good low calorie etc recipe book would be?

TIA.

Fat Girl Slim by Ruth Watson is quite good, as she has suggestions for meals that can be adapted to be not so slim if her partner isn't on the diet. Nice as it's not all "Diet Food", IYKWIM?

Thanks for your suggestions. I am a little worried that Fat Girl Slim would send the wrong message (well not the wrong message as I do think she should lose weight, but the wrong message at Christmas!)

I did think that when I posted, but wanted to suggest it anyway as it's a great book. I'm not dieting at all, and never really have, but still use a lot of the recipes.

Cook Yourself Thin as in the book based on the C4 series. Haven't bought it myself but would like to. Liked the recipes I saw on the show and the fact that they took meals which are full of fat and made them healthier. This is the programme website.
