In the past year I have had no less than 4 or 5 coldy/fluey things where I usually get really run down and usually lose my voice.
I always thought that I ate quite healthy - I eat at least 5 portions of fruit and veg a day and a good variety of other things.
My immune system must be really run down and I am keen to build it back up. Can anyone recommend any foods that I can add to my diet which may give me a boost?
I'm getting really sick of being run down and ill all the time.
