1kg pork belly. How long do I cook it?

Recipes seem to vary from 90 minutes to about 4 days!

I think it depends on the temp of the oven.

I like to cook it slowly a little like this but instead of putting the pork on a rack I get some foil to cover the underside and the sides (i.e. the meaty bits) so that they remain very moist whilst the crackling crackles.
If you slow roast it you can bung it in the oven and leave it for hours - exact timing not required.

I've gone for about 5 hours (as that's all I had!). The carrots and onions have gone a bit black so we might have to have bisto!
