Whats your chocolate mousse recipe?

Or is chocolate mousse out of fashion? - is it all chocolate pots now? My dc's find pots too rich but like mousse.

I've just made one without a recipe: 4 egg whites, a pint of dble cream, lots of bournville and a knob of butter to help the choc melt.

My dd has made one this morning for my dinner party tonight.
It's a Nigella one with marshmallows, chocolate, butter and cream. There are no eggs and it is so easy!
Would recommend it yum yum
