evaporated milk?

I accidentally ordered some evap by mistake (thinking it was connyony) - anyone know what I can do with it?

You can use it instead of cream/milk on puddings tinned fruit etc. - an acquired taste but I was brought up on it in the sixties, so think its nice.

You can also make (extremely mock) mousse by whisking half a large tin of evap. into a cooled dissolved (but not set) jelly. Whisk hard until its frothy, put in fridge to set.

Nigella makes macaroni cheese with it in Express. I prefer to use it to make tablet (microwave!) or fudge.
