Uncooked Beetroot??

DH decided to bring home some uincooked beetroot yesterday.

What can I do with it as I've always bought a jar!!!!!!!!

clean, halve or quarter & roast. Juice if you have a juicer good with apple & carrot. can make risotto too.

You can boil it in its skin, until cooked, peel when cool, slice and use in salads. Or grate very finely into strands and eat raw in salads or sandwiches.
