Best slow cooker cook book?

Hi there - I am pondering asking for one of these for Christmas, but I've never used a slow cooker before, so wonder if I need to get a book as well?

Any recommendations for books for slow cooker beginners? Or should I just use my normal recipies for chilli etc and see what happens?

Cheers

hi. you can use your normal recipies, just remember to put a lot less liquid in. to get you used to it there are loads of recipes on MN or just google. my cooker came with a small book anyway

Thanks - that'll save my groaning recipie book shelf from breaking under the strain! Any idea on roughly how much less liquid? I suppose it depends on the recipie... I'll work it out I'm sure! Cheers

dorothy - belated thanks for the link. Have finally got the cooker, although not done anything more exciting than stock yet, so will definitely give some of these recipies a go! cheers
